Annual memberships are available to residents of the Stoneridge/Sedgefield neighborhood who are SSPOA members* and to non-residents.

* SSPOA Members are residents of the Stoneridge/Sedgefield neighborhoods who have paid their 2019 dues to the Property Owners' Association.

FAQs

1. I have a Single Membership. Can I bring my husband/kids/grandkids/friends, etc.?

A Single Membership is for one person only. Anyone you want to bring as a guest you must pay a $5.00 guest fee for.

2. I have a Sports Membership. Does that include the pool?

No. A Sports Membership includes use of the tennis courts, croquet courts, basketball courts, playground, Snack Bar account, participation in all social events, and reduced rental costs for the Club House.

3. What does “Family” mean in a Family Membership?

A Family Membership includes all individuals who live in the same household. This includes spouse or domestic partner, all children who qualify as IRS dependents, and persons who live in the household for six or more months of the year. It also includes young grandchildren.

Note: This does not include adult children, visiting or living nearby.

4. Since I have a smaller family, may I include relatives’ or friends’ children on my membership?

No. See the definition of family under number 3 above.

5. Do nannies or babysitters count as guests?

A nanny or babysitter is welcome to accompany any child included under a full family membership free of charge!
