Situated on 8.5 wooded acres in the Stoneridge development of Chapel Hill, SSSRC provides nearby communities with facilities for swimming, tennis, croquet, basketball and an array of other year-round activities and programs.
The club was purchased in 1995 by the Stoneridge/Sedgefield Property Owners' Association and is leased and operated by the SSSRC. SSSRC is governed by a Board of Directors, elected by the members. The non-profit organization employs a club manager, office manager, life guards, swim and tennis instructors and camp staff for the enjoyment of its members.
Membership is open to both POA members of the Stoneridge/Sedgefield neighborhoods and non-residents.
The SSSRC offers a place for families, couples and singles to play, stay fit, relax and enjoy fellowship among friends in a casual community atmosphere.
